Are all pieces made in genuine 925 Sterling Silver?
Each flauntbasket piece is pure 925 silver and we pride ourselves on our authenticity and quality. All our jewellery including charms, rings, earrings, and bracelets are made in 925 Sterling Silver.
Will the silver or any stone colour get discoloured?
At flauntbasket, we consider every piece as a lifelong emotional investment. With relatively minimal effort, your pieces can be cleaned, well‐cared for, and safely stored to last you a lifetime. Cleaning your jewellery is easy and can be done from the comfort of your home. Care should be taken to prevent silver from getting tarnished. Simply do so using a damp cloth, mild soap, and water. Don’t forget to finish wiping it off with a polishing cloth. The best way to protect gemstones is through preventive care. Try to avoid contact with face creams, lotions, and other household chemicals.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the estimated delivery date of my order?
We try to process your order as soon as we receive it but it might take us up to 48 hours to process and dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your order will be delivered within 4-6 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email.
Is a Cash on Delivery (COD) option available? Or Can I pay online payment when the parcel arrives?
Yes, we do have a cash-on-delivery option available for orders up to INR 49,000 only. We also accept all leading credit and debit cards, which you can use to make a purchase via our secure payment gateway. Although most of our delivery partners offer to collect COD payment via GPay/PhonePe, you can request the delivery person to collect the payment via UPI.
My order hasn’t been delivered. How can I track my order?
Once you’ve successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive a mobile/e-mail confirmation with your tracking code. You can easily check the status of your order on your own by putting this tracking code here. Still can’t figure it out? Please contact us and our team will track it down for you.
My product is not yet delivered. The number given by the courier partner is not reachable. How to contact them?
We sincerely apologize for any delay in your order. Please reach out to us with your registered phone/email & order number and our team will escalate the matter to the delivery partner on your behalf.
The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order.
Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that since your order has already been shipped, we would request you please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us. Alternatively, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the cancellation of your order and we will take care of it. If this is a prepaid order, we will initiate the refund once we receive the product back in our warehouse and checked for quality. Just for feedback, please do let us know on the same email your reason for canceling the order, this will help us improve in the future.
How do I return a purchased product?
Sorry to hear that you would like to return the product. You can easily return your product by dropping us a mail at email@example.com , stating your reason for return along with the product images and we will arrange for a reverse pickup for you. Reverse pickup usually takes about 72 hrs and once it is done, we will initiate your refund once we have received the product in our warehouse and checked for quality. Please note that it may take about 12-14 working days for the entire reverse-refund process.
Please note any item that has been purchased using a discount code or any offer will be ineligible for exchange, returns, or refunds. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don’t ship internationally, but we only ship to India for free.
I need to receive my order by a specific date. Can you help me?
We understand that you might have purchased the jewellery as a gift or would like to receive it by a specific date. Please note that we will try our best to deliver your order in time and expedite the entire process but in some cases, there might be some delays. We will definitely try to attempt the delivery on a specific day as requested by you on a best-effort basis, but these are not assured services. We would request you please place the order and instantly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and expected delivery date.
I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?
If your order has not yet been picked up from our warehouse, we can definitely change your delivery address. Just reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help! If the order has already been dispatched, there is very little we can do to update the address. You can still write to us at the same email address and we will figure out a way. Alternatively, if we have already shipped your order, we will call back the order and send you a new package from our side.
Can you do something for a speedy delivery?
Most of our orders are air-shipped – so you don’t have to worry about timely delivery. But if you still require expedited shipping for some reason, let us know and we will try our best to dispatch the order as early as possible.
I received an empty box. What to do?
Sorry to hear that you have received an empty box. The chances of this happening are very minimal but this can happen either on account of tampering by the delivery personnel or an operations error at our end. Regardless, in case you have received an empty box, please reach out to us ASAP firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of the box and your order number and we will ship out a replacement to you from our side. You don’t have to worry about anything, we’ll ensure that your order is safely shipped back to you.
My order was canceled for some reason but I didn’t cancel it. I want to purchase the product. What can I do?
Sorry to hear that your order was canceled without your intent. For all COD orders and orders that miss some critical information, we reach out to the customers to get a confirmation/update so that we can ship their orders in time. In case we do not hear back from you for 7 days, we might cancel your order. But if you would still like to receive your order, please let us know and we will recreate and ship out your order again.
